The terms and conditions of Gaia Boutiq are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process for our customers.

All prices on our website are inclusive of the applicable taxes and duties. The prices on the website are set by Gaia Boutiq. We take great care in accurately describing and photographing our pieces but please note that slight variations in colour and size might occur due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces as well as stone sizes.

We offer a 30 day return policy for any unused and undamaged items, provided that they are returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

We take customer privacy very seriously and will not share any personal information with third parties without explicit consent.

Payments can be made securely through our Paygate, Yoco. We are committed to providing personalised customer service and will promptly address any issues or queries.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the quantity and pricing on the invoice is correct; should the customer be overcharged they will be credited for the amount, no cash refunds will be given. Should there be any defects with a customer’s order, Gaia Boutiq will either replace the piece or credit with the amount owed.

Pieces are couriered to the customer via the Courier Guy and a tracking code will be sent to the customer. Once shipped, the product becomes the property/responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their posting address is correct on their invoice. The customer is responsible for the courier fee. Gaia Boutiq will not be held responsible for any post that goes missing or is damaged during postage or does not arrive on time.

By engaging in a transaction with Gaia Boutiq, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and any subsequent terms and conditions issued by Gaia Boutiq shall apply to all orders for goods made by the customer after the date and time at which these conditions are first delivered or sent by email.
MATERIALS & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Gold Plated Bronze or Sterling Silver
Gold Vermeil is a process whereby a base metal, sterling silver or bronze, is coated in a layer of gold with minimum thickness of 2.5 microns. This is a thicker coating than gold plating.

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap and water.

You can store in an airtight container to protect from tarnishing.

Remove jewellery before showering or swimming.
