THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • I have placed and paid for my order online however I have not received an email from the Courier Guy, what should I do?
    Please contact us directly at info@gaiaboutiq.co.za and we will make contact with the Courier Guy to find your tracking number.
  • Can I send a jewellery piece as a gift?
    Yes of course you can! Please leave a note under the delivery instructions section at check-out stating that the order a gift and leave any special message for the person receiving it.
  • Does Gaia Boutiq offer e-gift cards?
    Yes we do. Go to Shop All and select Gift Card.
  • The Jewellery piece I wanted to order is now out of stock. Can I pre-order one?
    Please email us at Gaia info@gaiaboutiq.co.za regarding any out of stock items.
